Update 1

I'm updating the viewer a bit to fix some small issues.

• Replay streams should no longer show repeating game events. (Events with a lower playCount value are not sent to the pico-8 viewer by the script, with the exception of newly started games.)
• Temporarily removed Before support.
  • The new update to Before broke the way that the viewer used it, so I'm temporarily disabling support for it until I figure out a way to fix it.

Feel free to send bug reports if you run into any, I'll do my best to fix them.
